Everyday Outdoor Protection, Designed to Be Worn
Outdoor protection often fails not because products are ineffective, but because they are inconvenient. Sprays are forgotten. Lotions are inconsistently applied. Bottles stay in bags when people are already outside.
BuggyBands approached the problem from a design perspective. A wearable form keeps the repellent system where it is needed—near the person—without requiring repeated steps. The bracelet becomes part of what you put on before going outside, similar to a watch or fitness band.
Inside each BuggyBands bracelet is a plant-based aromatic blend developed around both repellency and comfort. Lemon eucalyptus and citronella provide the primary repellent function, while peppermint, geranium, and tea tree help shape scent character and user experience
Because essential oils act through vapor release, performance depends on surroundings. BuggyBands is therefore intended to support personal-space protection during common activities such as walking, gardening, outdoor dining, camping, and travel.
The product is not positioned as a replacement for all insect control methods, but as a practical, wearable option for everyday outdoor moments—where simplicity, comfort, and natural scent matter.
